Purpose
This website provides information about the custom software design and development services of SOLVO (websites and online shops, SEO, mobile apps, CRM systems and management dashboards, SaaS platforms, custom software and maintenance) and lets you get in touch to request information or a proposal.
You cannot contract or pay online through this website. How to commission a project is explained in the terms and conditions.
Terms of use
Using this website means accepting this legal notice. You agree to use it lawfully, in good faith and without damaging its systems or those of third parties.
In particular, you may not send unlawful content through the form, try to access restricted areas or introduce malicious software.
We may change the content of the website, its design and this notice at any time. The version published when you access the website applies.
Content, projects and prices
Each project on the website carries a label saying what it is: “Client project” (commissioned by an external business), “In-house product” (a personal project by Eric Herreros, a member of the SOLVO team), “Client proposal” (made for a business that has not commissioned it yet), “Design prototype” (screens with sample data, without a finished application), “Design examples” (brands that do not exist) or “Playable demo”.
The interface mock-ups marked “Concept demo” have been made by SOLVO with invented data to explain how we work. They are not client work and do not reflect results achieved.
Each project has a written proposal with its price, scope and timeline. It shows each price excluding VAT and, next to it, the total including the VAT that applies to you, which is what you pay. The website does not publish our prices: anything shown as “depending on your project” is added if you need it and quoted in the proposal.
Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, design, code, logos, the SOLVO brand and the rest of the content of this website belong to Eric Herreros or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
They may not be reproduced, distributed, transformed or publicly communicated without prior written authorisation, except for personal and private use.
The trade marks and logos of clients and projects shown on the website belong to their owners.
Liability and links
We work to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the website will always be available. We are not liable for damage caused by technical interruptions beyond our control.
The website may link to third-party sites (for example, published projects or a tool for booking meetings). We do not control their content or their privacy and cookie policies, and we will remove any link as soon as we become aware that it leads to unlawful content.
Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction under the law; if you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction.
