Ranking a website is ongoing work: the fee covers the SEO work every month.

Monthly fee terms
- Minimum term of 12 months from the day you accept the finished project (when it goes live and you sign it off). If you cancel earlier, you pay the remaining fees up to the full 12 months.
- After that, the fee renews month to month and you can cancel whenever you like, in writing and with 30 days’ notice.
- When you cancel, we stop the monthly SEO work, hand back control of your accounts and you can revoke our access.
What the price doesn’t include
- Hosting for your website: it can stay where it is now
- Paid advertising on Google or social media (quoted separately)
- A guarantee of ranking first: nobody controls Google’s results
What we need from you
- Access to your website and your Google Business Profile
- A list of your services and the areas you cover
Your proposal shows each price excluding VAT and, next to it, the total including the VAT that applies to you. You always pay the price in the proposal you accepted in writing, taxes included.
One-off payment: 50% on accepting the proposal and 50% on accepting the finished project. Timelines start once we’ve received the first payment and the materials we need.
The monthly fee is paid in advance, at the start of each month, from the day you accept the finished project (when it goes live and you sign it off). All payments are made by bank transfer.
