What the monthly fee includesmandatory
A website, an app or a piece of software needs looking after every month: servers to pay for and monitor, and updates to install. Without that care, within a few months security flaws go unpatched and parts stop working. With the fee, we host it, update it, back it up and, if something goes wrong, we help you and fix it. That’s why it always comes with the project.

Monthly fee terms
- Minimum term of 12 months from the day you accept the finished project (when it goes live and you sign it off). If you cancel earlier, you pay the remaining fees up to the full 12 months.
- After that, the fee renews month to month and you can cancel whenever you like, in writing and with 30 days’ notice.
- When you cancel, we give you everything you need to move the project to another provider, and we stop hosting and maintaining it. The source code is already yours: we hand it over with the project.
What the price doesn’t include
- Apple developer account (USD 99 a year; Apple shows you the price in euros when you sign up) and Google Play account (USD 25, one-off payment): you set these up yourself
- Publishing it on the App Store and Google Play: it’s an extra, with a single price for both stores, set out in your proposal
- Hosting and servers beyond normal usage: normal usage is included in the monthly fee and, if more is needed, we tell you beforehand

Your proposal shows each price excluding VAT and, next to it, the total including the VAT that applies to you. You always pay the price in the proposal you accepted in writing, taxes included.
Depending on your project: added if you need it and quoted in your proposal.
One-off payment: 50% on accepting the proposal and 50% on accepting the finished project. Timelines start once we’ve received the first payment and the materials we need.
The monthly fee is paid in advance, at the start of each month, from the day you accept the finished project (when it goes live and you sign it off). All payments are made by bank transfer.

How much does it cost?

Do you publish the app for me?
Yes, using your developer accounts. Publishing it on the App Store and Google Play is an extra, with a single price for both stores, set out in your proposal.

If you want to be found on Google, a website. An app makes sense when your customers use it often or you need notifications and phone features. We’ll give you an honest answer.
What if Apple rejects it?
If the rejection is down to our work, we fix it at no cost until it’s approved. Approval and review times depend on Apple and Google.
