What does “fixed price” mean?
It means that before we start, you receive the total price in writing, taxes included. That’s the price you pay: it only changes if you ask for something new and accept its quote in writing.
Does the price include VAT?
Your proposal shows each price excluding VAT and, next to it, the total including the VAT that applies to you. You receive the proposal before we start, and that total is what you pay.
When do I pay?
50% on accepting the proposal and 50% on accepting the finished project. Nothing is paid before you accept the proposal. The monthly fee is paid in advance, at the start of each month, from the day you accept the finished project (when it goes live and you sign it off). All payments are made by bank transfer.
How long does it take?
It depends on the service: you’ll find the estimated timeline for each one under Services and on its own page; the final timeline is set out in your proposal. Timelines start once we’ve received the first payment and the materials we need.
Is the website or app mine?
Yes. Once the total is paid, the project and its source code are yours: we hand over the code with the project.
Is there a monthly fee?
Yes, on every service, and the amount is set out in your proposal. For websites and online shops, mobile apps, CRM systems and management dashboards, SaaS platforms and custom software, it’s the maintenance fee: it includes hosting, maintenance, security updates, backups, bug fixes and support, plus one design change and up to 10 small changes a month. For Google SEO, it covers the SEO work every month: tracking of your key searches, management of your Google Business Profile and reviews, ongoing technical improvements and a monthly report you can actually understand. The fees have a minimum term of 12 months from the day you accept the finished project (when it goes live and you sign it off); after that they renew month to month and you can cancel whenever you like, with 30 days’ notice.
Why is the monthly fee mandatory?
A website, an app or a piece of software needs looking after every month: servers to pay for and monitor, and updates to install. Without that care, within a few months security flaws go unpatched and parts stop working. With the fee, we host it, update it, back it up and, if something goes wrong, we help you and fix it. That’s why it always comes with the project. For Google SEO, the fee covers the SEO work every month, because ranking a website is ongoing work.
